The Central New York Reliability Project (CNYR) is a proposed electric transmission project under NYSEG's Powering New York initiative. The project is designed to replace aging infrastructure, strengthen reliability, and increase the capacity of the electric system serving Yates, Ontario, Livingston, and Steuben Counties.
